Meccano


(11th March 2026)


This short collage series has been made with images of toys illustrated in editions of the Meccano Magazine from 1958 - 1959. 

Meccano 1 references the uses of bulldozers by Israeli forces to flatten Palestinian villages and agriculture. 

Meccano 2 & 3 were made in response to the ongoing American and Israeli bombing of Iran and Lebanon and the Iranian regime’s subsequent retaliation across the Arabian Gulf.
